Supplementary Education for Elementary Classes (SEEC)
The Government of Tripura have been emphasizing to promote education through various student oriented schemes like Post Matric Scholarship, Pre Matric Scholarship, Boarding House Stipend, Merit Award etc. All these schemes mostly cover Secondary and Higher Education level.
Realizig the gap to improve the students of Elementary level, the said scheme has been formulated for conducting the supplementary classes for the ST students of elementary class in remote hamlets of Tripura with an objective to provide supplementary education to the ST students of Lower Kinder Garden to Class V standard with modern tactics.
The tutor shall conduct compulsory 25 days classes in a month for 2 hours in a day or 12 hours in a week either at the residence of the tutor or in any community building.
Every centre shall enrol for at least 15 students and maximum 25 students and shall maintain attendance of at least 75% for every month.
